(1) Health Promotion Seminar:
    Enhansing the health of the mind and body through the Programs

  • 9:30-15:00 every Wednesday
  • Main venue: MOA Training Center
  • Admission Fee: 5,000JPY (lunch included)
  • Components:
    1. Purifying Therapy Program,
    2. Food & Eating Program,
    3. Arts & Culture Program, and
    4. Exercise or Gardening Program

(2) Cooking Workshop:
    Prepare soba-noodle using organic materials and ingredients - skills and techniques as well as tasting

  • First session 10:00-12:00
    Second session 13:00-15:00
  • Every Sunday
  • Veue: MOA Ohito Farm
  • Fee: 1,500JPY

(3) The Nature Game:
    Stimulating all the five bodily senses in the natural environment

  • Morning 10:00-11:30
    Afternoon 3:00-14:30
  • Every Sunday
  • Venue: MOA Ohito Farm
  • Fee: 500JPY
  • Sponsored by MOA Nature Farming and Culture Foundation

  • 1 week advance booking is needed for the Health Promotion Seminar, while other programs can be booked until one day previous to the event.
  • One session of the programs can provide only a limited number of places, and the booking is taken first-come-first-served basis.
  • The contents of the programs may be changed, cancelled, or replaced without previous notice.
